Tidball House offers four spacious bedrooms, one en suite on the first floor, and the other three upstairs, one en suite and the other two with a shared bathroom. The en suite features a 48″X 35″ shower that can accommodate a wheel chair. (The shower is not flush with the floor–as an ADA certified shower would be–but we have a modification that makes it possible to roll in and out.) The house is equipped with an entry ramp for wheelchair or other handicapped access. All the upstairs rooms are equipped with mini splits for individual heating and cooling. The first floor offers conventional forced-air heating and cooling.
The are common areas for guests: the living room, the dining room, parts of the kitchen, and a very cozy reading/viewing room upstairs, the jewel of the house.
The Whole House rents for $5000/week or $1600/night
Single Rooms rent for $2000/week or $400/night
All rentals will also be charged a 6% Illinois State Lodging Tax and a 5% City of Grafton Lodging Tax
